This policy applies to the Emen by Hafeez mobile apps (Android / iOS) for our restaurant at Fairways Raya, DHA Phase 6, Lahore.

  • Device basics — technical logs needed to run the app (for example network errors).

  • Create and manage your account across web and apps.
  • Process pickup, dine-in, and Lahore delivery orders.
  • Contact you about orders by phone, WhatsApp, or email when needed.
  • Improve menu, ordering, and restaurant service.

Where it is processed

Orders and accounts run through our restaurant systems and Shopify. We do not sell personal information.

Payments

Online pickup, delivery, and dine-in orders use card payment at Shopify checkout.

Your choices

Request account updates or deletion at info@emenbyhafeez.com. We keep order records as long as needed for operations and legal requirements.
